The problem there is that if a driving instructor has been around a while and they have a less
than perfect record then e.g. a 20% pass rate they will still get referrals from those students
who passed the driving test with them. Good for them! NOT for YOU!

How can you be sure you are getting a good driving instructor in Ennis, Galway, Shannon or Limerick?
- Do they have a FULLY Approved Driving Instructor Permit NOT a Temporary one?
- Does your Driving Instructor give you a FULL hour lesson?
- Do they take time off your lesson for travelling to your house or place of work?
- Do they give Discounts?
- Will they accommodate you?
- Are they professional?
- Are they abrupt?
- Is their car reasonably new and clean?
- Are you getting value for money?
But the Best way is:
- Ask to see their students test sheets. Can they provide them?
(Take into account how many passes they can prove they have &
divide it by the length of time in business. It will give you a good idea of how good they are)
Nearly every driving instructor will get offended or offer up some excuse e.g.
'I have so many passes but I never got the sheets!'... That driving instructor is not interested
enough in his/her students to care about them. To them it is just a job. They just want to see money.
It is not an insult to a good driving instructor to ask for sheets it is a compliment.

- I am fully booked out all week (Newsflash! No Driving Instructor is that busy, there is always a gap or a lesson can be changed around somewhere.)
